SparxSuperWomen stands for empowered women of Sparx IT Solutions who are the motivation and inspiration for themselves and others.

As we are celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8, 2022, this year, Sparx IT Solutions is striding our campaign #SparxSuperWomen to the next level. We have been highly committed to promoting gender diversity and unbiased work culture in our organization from the beginning.

Every year, on March 8, the International Women’s Day event honors women who advocate for change in terms of gender equality and funding female-focused philanthropy. Under the new annual theme, we invited our male and female employees to partake in campaign efforts to raise awareness.

First, let’s define the meaning of SparxSuperWomen and what values our campaign holds.

What Does SparxSuperWomen Stand For?

The corporate world can be highly challenging and possess a cut-throat competitive environment. Here, success comes to those who are dedicated and passionate about their career. Fortunately, Sparx IT Solutions have been privileged to work with highly career-oriented women, from high-octane female executives in sales and marketing to compelling project managers.

We are incredibly thankful for our female employee’s systematic approach and hard work. Their commitment towards their work and career aspirations is one of the primary causes of Sparx IT’s triumph along the way.

We celebrate and recognize the contribution of unapologetically strong, competent, and confident women of Sparx IT Solutions and entitle them as SparxSuperWomen.

These women’s success is not limited by someone else’s definition or external standard. Instead, they create their own definition of success by staying true to themselves and impacting other women’s lives for the better.

It’s essential to appreciate such women and raise awareness for facilitating a gender-inclusive workplace.

Celebration of SparxSuperWomen Campaign 2022

Each year we layout our SparxSuperWomen campaign on International Women’s Day (IWD), where all of our female employees share their unique experiences as they progress forward in their field.

This year we roll out our campaign #SparxSuperWomen along with #BreakTheBias, the focal point for this year’s campaign to raise awareness for a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

We asked our women professionals to share the stereotypes they face in their daily lives and how they are breaking these biases. Furthermore, we asked them what their definition of women empowerment is. Also, we involved our male employees in the campaign by asking about the significance of women’s day in their life. And, we are proud to say that we received immense support from them.

We came to know how aware women of our organization are and take risks to challenge the conventional social norms that can be an obstacle to their advancement.

Change cannot happen overnight; therefore, it is crucial that we share our contribution to society’s betterment from time to time. And, #SparxSuperWomen is our initiative in hopes of encouraging an inclusive world for all genders.
